Okay, I see the SPD Cleats, but my pedals are plain - no place for these to clip onto. If these are the actual pedals, where can I obtain shoes? Also, how difficult is it to get my plain pedals off of my Catrike

A:
You can buy SPD or Delta shoes on Amazon, and you don't have to buy the most expensive shoe. I recommend buying Delta shoes instead of SPD. Pedals are not hard to remove, they both unscrew toward the back of the bike. This will make use left seem like you are tightening.

hi I need a pedal for a disabled person who needs to be attached to the pedal like a clip on but who cannot get in and out of his clip on pedals. I simply do not have the leg srength. Sugesitons?
