Helping These Guys Out

I didn't even buy this product, I bought the regular power cord and I just happened to see the 1 star review below. I am sad that the seller has a clear description of all their power cords listed, but somehow ends up with a 1 star rating because people cant take responsibility for making a mistake. The post office delivered my cord to my neighbor, I called the company and they instantly sent me a replacement with no questions asked. 3 days later I received 2 cords. They emailed me a return label to return the 2nd one and I wasn't charged for it. Now if that's not good customer service then our expectations are what's driving the cost of everything up.

Thinking it was gen2 compatible - it is not. Nowhere in the description is there a model number. Buyer beware RESPONCE: Hi Bruce, I am very sorry to hear your concern. Peloton makes 2 models. The Models are "Peloton Original Bike" "Peloton Bike+" I hold Master Technicians Certification with Peloton valid as of February 2023. I assume by 2nd generation Bike you meant the Bike Plus? If so you ordered a wrong power cord. This is the cheapest option for the Original Bike. Hence the title says "Original Bike Economy Power Cord" No where in the description does it say 2nd generation. We don't even know the term "2nd generation peloton bike" 2 - We have a 100% return policy which is clearly posted on our home page. We even pay for your return label and we refund your shipping as well. I emailed you a return label and we look forward to issuing you a refund for the wrong power cord. by Vitu C (Master Technician)
