Q:
I would like to know what your Return Policy is due to us Troubleshooting it ourselves and come to the conclusion with the RED Light Blinking 4 times then OFF and 4 Times again its the ain Controller board and we can make the Motor Spin with a D size Battery. Our tredmill Starts FAst then Stops, and it also Starts barely turns a couple of inches and Stops, we went through a TEST for the Incline and it passed..
